After an illustrious amateur career, Alessio turned Professional in 2004. From 2004 to 2012 he was part of the Italian Professional National Team and during these years he played around 130 tournaments between Alps Tour, Challenge Tour and European Tour. In 2013 he managed to win the Italian National Championship which was held at Royal Golf La Bagnaia.

In 2015 Alessio began to switch his attention and focus into teaching golf, with an appetite to learn from some of the game’s masters, learning from some of the greatest European coaches and he completed the “Dr Kwon’s Golf Biomechanics Instructor Training Program”.

Alessio is a regular attendee of the PGA Merchandise show having attended the PGA show in Orlando the past 4 years. Alessio prides himself on continual coaching, learning and development, participating in seminars and innovative courses; not only on golf technique but on everything about the golf world in every context. Closely following the renowned Jim McLean Golf Schools academy in Florida, having the good fortune to learn their way of working.

Certified on the most sophisticated and precise swing analysis systems like TrackMan 4, BodiTrak pressure plate, MySwing 3D analysis and Capto software for putting analysis, these modern technologies are encompassed in daily lessons.

Passionate about his role as a teacher and as a player, Bruschi enjoys helping his students improve their games almost as much as he enjoys playing golf himself. Whether it be introducing a beginner to the thrill of a purely-struck shot, watching active players progress and improve their games or helping a competitive player prepare for their next competition, he’s very skilled in laying out the steps and fundamentals that are required to take the student’s game to the next level.

Alessio is available for lessons at Royal Golf La Bagnaia from Thursday to Sunday.

My first approach to golf was at the age of 14 thanks to a summer Junior Camp held at the Sutri National Golf. I actually started playing at the age of 17 at the Arco di Costantino Golf Club. At the age of 20, with a handicap of 16, I decided to make golf my job and my life. After years of hard work and sacrifices, at the age of 27, I entered the training program of the Sutri National Golf School and after 3 years I reached full qualification as a Teacher.

In my golfing career I have participated in many Regional, National and International competitions that have allowed me to obtain useful information for teaching my students especially from a psychological point of view.

I have dedicated the last years to my training and personal growth as a teacher by participating in many golf seminars and qualifying as a certified instructor for Eyeline Golf, Capto, Boditrack and US Kids Golf.

After my experiences as a player I understood how psychological training is fundamental for the practice of a sport and how much it can help improve sports performance. For this reason I also qualified as a Mental Coach and I have been collaborating for years with a sports psychologist, now a close friend, highly appreciated nationally for having contributed to winning gold medals in the 2016 Rio Olympics. In addition, I collaborate with him also to the CostanteMente Insieme project (www.costatomenteinsieme.com) which aims to spread and make the psychology of sport more and more known in the context of Italian sport.

This constant collaboration and training has led me to know how to take care of my students at 360 degrees both from a technical and psychological point of view.

Since 2019 I have been collaborating with Royal Golf La Bagnaia also as Marketing, Sales & Events Executive where I have the honour of bringing my training also to help the club with the management of golf competitions and events.

I am a sunny, attentive, patient and professional person. My goal is to help players of all ages and game levels to improve their performance through careful management of the technique as if it were a suit made to measure and created specifically for the player.
